Implementation An important prerequisite for the success of any software implementation, is the proper preparation of the users. And although our applications posses user-friendly interfaces, we thoroughly realize that they are equiped with comprehensive functionality. Therefore we have compiled several courses in which we usually distinguish three levels: standard, advanced and expert.
Content The standard course is meant for users that perform general input and search actions. In advanced we focus on the definition of core data and their relevance in the overall. Expert is more technical and deals with links to external systems and the creation of custom reports.
Transfer All courses can be taken with you on-site or at several locations throughout the Netherlands. To enhance the transfer of knowledge, we spread courses over multiple stages with days in between and group the number of participants to a maximum of eight.
